Job summary

Manahatta, part of Arc Inspirations, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the Front of House team in a glamorous, NYC-inspired cocktail bar in York. You will drive guest satisfaction, service standards and team performance across busy shifts, ensuring a memorable experience aligned with our brand.

The role offers an extensive training programme, opportunities for internal progression and a comprehensive benefits package including annual incentives and team perks.

We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional, with a vibrant personality, who can lead an amazing Front of House team in this glamorous, New York inspired cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous people management and hospitality experience.
• Experience managing a venue of high volume.
• Ability to understand guest’s needs.
• Desire to deliver and exceed guestexpectations.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to adaptdepending on the level of trade.
• Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments, including Bar and Kitchen.
• Excellent financial acumen.
