Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and will be capable of delivering excellent service to our guests.

We seek someone passionate about hospitality, reliable, and eager to learn as part of our growing team.

Duties include:

  1. Ensure departments meet set criteria by confirming all employees consistently achieve product and service standards.
  2. Empower the team to handle all guest feedback, both positive and negative.
  3. Maintain service standards across the food and beverage operation of the hotel.
  4. Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld in all food and beverage areas, in line with company and legal requirements.
  5. Manage, motivate, and develop the food and beverage team.
