GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as plus 1% standards of customer care, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, and serving restaurant guests.

Requirements and skills
  • Work experience as General or Restaurant Manager role in a restaurant for at least 2 years.
  • Coordinate daily front and back of the house restaurant operations.
  • Management skills and experience in both front and back of the house
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable, Sevenrooms, Fourth Hospitality, etc.
  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
  • Deliver superior guest servicesand ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Wines knowledge
  • Participate at local food events
  • Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Manage and lead staff
