About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Korean fusion restaurant in Crystal Palace. The successful candidate will ensure smooth service, maintain high customer satisfaction, and lead our team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front of house and kitchen coordination.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, supplier orders, and cost control.
  • Manage cash handling, daily reports, and financial performance targets.
  • Assist with marketing, promotions, and event planning to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with ownership to develop strategies for growth and customer retention.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Financial and operational management skills (cost control, budgeting, reporting).
  • Experience with Korean or Asian cuisine preferred but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
