Your day at Aqua:

• Team guidance & development: Mentor and inspire a team of dedicated hospitality individuals. Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members to ensure top-notch service and smooth operations
• Operational management: Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant, scheduling rotas, creating promotional ideas and enhancing overall guest satisfaction

You will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venue's Tronc system, which may give you up to £27,465.24 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
