We are looking for a passionate, hands-on, and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Harbour Hotel Salcombe, heading up our award-winning restaurant, The Jetty Salcombe.
This is a full-time opportunity, offering a very competitive salary, plus tips, company bonus, and discounts across our 15 hotels.
Overseeing our Food and Beverage team, you will use your excellent food & wine knowledge to train, motivate, and develop the team.
Ideally, you bring a few years of restaurant management experience, gained from a high-end restaurant, with experience working within budget guidelines, managing stock, and possessing strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs.
A passion for service excellence, with drive and determination to advance the business, is essential. We seek someone who can inspire their team to achieve great things and be excited to come to work!
