The Belmont Hotel, part of Brend Collection, is seeking a Restaurant Host to join a fast-paced, up-scale dining environment. Weekend and evening shifts are common, with standing for extended periods and occasional lifting or moving of light objects.

You will greet guests, manage reservations and seating, support guests with special requirements, coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service, handle payments, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in a host/hostess or front-of-house role.
• Ability to handle payments.
• Knowledge of the restaurant menu and hotel offering.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Self-motivation with the ability to prioritise tasks independently.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a restaurant environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service from arrival to departure.
