We are looking for a Restaurant Host to join our TRIBE as we launch our first TRIBE Hotel into the London market in the summer of 2022. Conceived for a new type of traveller, it’s all about the mix. Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
• You will be responsible for managing reservations and table allocations during the day.
• Greet guests and seating guests to allocate tables and bidding them farewell on departure all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
• Ensure the accuracy of data in all systems and provides the necessary daily reservation details for all departments as per our standard operating procedures.
• Maintain observation over guests and guest’s property to ensure security alerts are kept to a minimum.
• Collaborate with all other teams in the hotel, and all outsourced business partners to ensure the utmost satisfaction for our guests.
