The Role

As a member of the floor team, your role will include:

  • Welcome guests to our venues.
  • Deal with guest enquiries.
  • Provide guests with information about the venue, the venue’s services and relevant venue events.
  • Accompany guests to their event, room, reserved area or booth.
The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar customer-facing role.
