Your Experience
  • Minimum 4 years’ management experience in a fine dining or luxury resort restaurant
  • Proven track record in team leadership and achieving financial results
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English; Greek or another European language is an advantage
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the EU
