Restaurant General Manager who has experience managing the day-to-to day operations of the restaurant, leading a team of Servers and Assistant Managers and ensuring the team deliver a first-class customer experience to all guests is required for a well-known restaurant chain in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

SALARY: £32,500 per annum plus Bonus + Benefits

LOCATION: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager who has experience managing the day-to-to day operations of the restaurant, leading a team of Servers and Assistant Managers and ensuring the team deliver a first-class customer experience to all guests.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Restaurant General Manager include:

• Build People Capability through driving culture and performance

• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience through ensuring safe and legal day to day operations

• Grow the Brand, Sales and Profits through controlling Profit & Loss

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Have previous restaurant / retail and people management experience

• Ability to identify, recruit and hire exceptional talent

• Demonstrated leadership skills with success in People Development

• Ability to champion individual and team recognition efforts

• Drives Equity, Inclusion and Belonging behaviours

• Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements based off P&Ls

• Digitally driven with proficiency and interest using various tools and platforms

• Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and implementation
