Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is seeking a proactive leader to own the restaurant, drive performance, and shape a high-energy team culture in Warrington. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences, managing everyday operations, and guiding staff to exceed standards.

The role focuses on KPI attainment, team development, and smooth administrative execution, with a focus on consistency, compliance, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

What will you spend your time doing?

• Smash the targets. Own your KPIs and push the team to deliver every shift, every day.
• Keep it tight. Stay on top of the admin - rosters, stock, reporting - so everything runs smooth behind the scenes.
• Make the guest experience unforgettable. Turn first-timers into regulars by creating moments that hit different.
