Job summary

KFC UK is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead from the front, own the restaurant, drive performance, and create a guest-focused experience that exceeds standards.

You will build a high-performing team, coach and motivate staff, manage KPIs, and keep operations tight while ensuring compliance and smooth shifts.

About the role

Lead from the front, take full ownership of the restaurant, and smash performance goals while building a team that doesn't just meet standards but exceeds them. Own the numbers, the vibe, and the experience, keeping everything running smoothly while creating a space where both guests and the team thrive.

What will you spend your time doing?
