Bespoke Hotels offers an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Chester-le-Street. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations in our restaurant, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective staff management. With a passion for hospitality and at least one year of relevant experience, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while contributing to a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements
To deliver excellence across all Food and Beverage activities, providing an outstanding guest experience, conveying a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere coupled with professional and efficient service, whilst maximising profits and utilizing opportunities for improved efficiencies to exceed customer expectations and ensuring our company values and standards are consistently delivered.
Assign duties, inspect, and investigate internal and external complaints regarding F&B service and equipment ensuring corrective action is taken. To assist in training and development of new employees. Ensuring our Company values and standards are consistently delivered
The ideal person will have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn.
