Up to £38,000 per annum, inclusive of tronc, plus fantastic benefits

40 hours per week across 5 days (regular evenings and weekends). Based onsite – BA7

Due to the location of the Estate a driving license is recommended for this role

Our Floor Manager

You’ll be the heartbeat of service in The Botanical Rooms—setting the pace on the floor, inspiring the team, and delighting every guest who walks through our doors. From breakfast to dinner, you’ll champion standards, share your passion for provenance, and turn great service into an effortless art.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth daily operations across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner
• Lead by example with consistently high service standards
• Train, coach and develop junior team members
• Share deep menu, ingredient and provenance knowledge with guests
• Connect the restaurant to the wider Estate story and experiences
• Uphold H&S compliance with senior managers
• Support stock takes and stock control
• Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience

What we’re looking for

• Proven front-of house supervisor experience
• A natural leader who motivates through clarity, consistency and calm
• Genuine passion for food, wine and beverage; confident with wine service and barista skills
• Guest-obsessed communicator who builds rapport and handles pressure professionally
• Keen eye for detail with a drive to continuously raise standards
• Comfortable with basic computer systems; experience with ResDiary, Micros and SAGE a plus
• Desirable: WSET qualifications (Level 1/2+) and hosting experience
