As a full‑time Restaurant and Events Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our Bistro and Events Operation. You will be a hands‑on leader, delivering intuitive service, creating WOW and memorable experiences for our guests; primarily leading the Bistro and Events operations at the hotel from the front, efficiently managing our guest expectations, and leading a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Food & Beverage Assistants through effective communication, planning and engagement. You will be empowered with the accountability of achieving your departmental budgets and meeting the objectives of your KPI’s, collaborating with other heads of department at the hotel and key stakeholders.
Being responsible for self‑growth, coaching for performance and supporting the career development of your team members with a progressive approach is paramount to us. You will be experienced in running a brand‑reputed busy restaurant operation and looking for a step into a hotel career or already working within a hotel in a Restaurant or as an Events Operation Manager with exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail managing the service delivery of meetings and private events in volume, looking for more responsibility and challenges to prepare you for your next role.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
