A luxury resort in Scotland is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Duty Manager to lead front-of-house service in their fine-dining restaurant and brasserie. Following a recent kitchen and dining room refurbishment, we are recruiting a hands-on Restaurant Duty Manager to lead front-of-house service and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all evening service operations in the flagship restaurant and support daytime brasserie service. This is a key leadership position ideal for an ambitious supervisor or junior manager ready to step up in a calm, high-standard environment.
