Qualifications

• Proven experience in food & beverage or restaurant management (ideally in a hotel or premium casual setting).
• A head for numbers and an eye for detail - from labour control to stock management.
• A solid grasp of food hygiene, health & safety, and compliance standards.

Driving performance - from cost control and revenue forecasting to creative promotions and local partnerships that make a difference. Training, developing, and coaching your team to shine, ensuring a culture of pride, progress, and personality. Taking an active role in Duty Management and hotel leadership, contributing to the success of voco Zeal Exeter as a whole.,
