What You’ll Be Doing

As Restaurant & Events Manager, you will lead the delivery of exceptional hospitality across our food and beverage offerings. This includes a 3-rosette fine dining restaurant, casual dining space, lounge & afternoon tea, and two meeting rooms. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee a blend of refined dining and memorable celebrations – from intimate weddings and private dinners to meetings, afternoon teas, and seasonal occasions.

You’ll work closely with our Event Sales Manager, Head Chef, and senior team to ensure a seamless, thoughtful experience for all guests – whether they’re joining us for a special celebration or a quiet midweek lunch. Your hands-on leadership, passion for guest service, and ability to build and motivate your team will ensure every detail is carefully delivered with warmth, precision, and flair.

We’re looking for a leader who brings both structure and creativity – someone who can confidently manage daily service and event logistics, and who thrives on creating memorable moments for guests.

What we’re looking for in a great Restaurant & Events Manager
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel, ideally managing both restaurant service and private events;
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, with a strong understanding of fine and casual dining, as well as banqueting and functions;
  • A calm and inspiring leader capable of managing and motivating a large team across different service areas;
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills, with confidence to work closely with guests, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels;
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to service delivery and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards at all times;
  • Above all, a desire to shape and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
