BURGER KING UK in Spalding is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support the Restaurant Manager in operating a fast-paced restaurant. You will drive results, set standards and build a team proud of their work.

This hands-on role requires experience in a busy environment, strong people leadership, and a can-do attitude. You’ll be responsible for delivering great guest experiences, coaching staff, and contributing to a positive culture.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadership team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you both own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s proud of what they do.
