The Role

As the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across both the restaurant and bar.

You will lead from the front, championing exceptional service standards, overseeing bar programme execution, and inspiring a motivated and high-performing team.

Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a premium guest experience, driving sales, and supporting the development of the venue's bar and dining culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the GM in managing all aspects of restaurant and bar operations
