The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Restart Performance Manager to lead a team of Employment Advisors in Greater Manchester. This office-based role is focused on supporting participants who have been out of work for at least 12 months, helping them overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment. You will drive high performance, ensure quality standards, and build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders.

Key Duties:
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Employment Advisors to exceed performance targets.
  • Oversee tailored support plans for participants and ensure quality, compliance, and safeguarding standards are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, local partners, and stakeholders to generate job opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and observations to ensure team members exceed targets and deliver high-quality support.
  • Monitor team performance, address underperformance, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
  • Produce management information and reports, and represent the organisation with external partners.
