We are seeking a highly experienced Responsible AI and AI Governance professional to help clients safely and responsibly adopt AI at scale. This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, governance, risk, controls, regulation, and transformation. You will work with C-suite executives, technology leaders, risk functions, and regulators to design and implement practical Responsible AI frameworks, governance operating models, risk management approaches, and controls that enable innovation whilst maintaining regulatory compliance and stakeholder trust.
Drawing upon experience delivering large-scale AI governance transformations within global institutions, you will help clients move from experimentation to industrialisation by establishing scalable governance foundations, operating models, controls, monitoring capabilities, and governance platforms that support AI throughout its lifecycle
We are looking for an individual who can confidently engage a Group CIO in the morning, facilitate an AI Risk Committee in the afternoon, and lead a governance transformation workstream the following day. They combine strategic consulting capability with deep expertise in AI governance, risk, controls, regulation, and operating model design.
They understand that successful AI adoption is not simply a technology challenge. It requires alignment across governance, controls, risk, regulation, operating models, culture, and business value realisation. Their role is to help clients industrialise AI safely, responsibly, and at scale. Lead the design and delivery of Responsible AI and AI Governance transformations for the world's leading institutions, helping clients unlock the value of AI whilst maintaining trust, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.
