Pearson is seeking an Responsible AI Specialist, Technology to operationalise Pearson's Responsible AI agenda across AI-enabled products and systems. You will assist in governance, documentation, testing, and ongoing monitoring while collaborating with engineering, product, governance, and legal teams.

The role emphasizes ethical considerations, risk assessment, and assurance across the AI lifecycle, supporting responsible design and deployment within Pearson's technology workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and governance.
• Ability to translate technical issues into governance documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear written communication.

Responsabilités

• Support AI governance implementation across product and engineering teams.
• Help maintain technical documentation and decision logs for governance reviews.
• Contribute to benchmarking, evaluation, red-teaming coordination, model monitoring, and reviews.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, governance, legal, privacy and security stakeholders.
