The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund supports veterans and their families by reducing social isolation, providing safe accommodation for the ill or injured, funding youth services on RAF stations, and offering grants to help with the cost of living. Working at the Fund gives you an opportunity to play a part in improving the lives of those who serve or have served in the RAF.
Respite and Care Executives enable beneficiaries to maintain independence for as long as possible and provide support during formal care periods. They collaborate closely with the Advocacy, Friendships and Connections teams to ensure all needs are met.
We are looking for a candidate to cover maternity leave for 14 months. The new Executive will work alongside the current holder and team members for 2 months to learn the role, then take over existing cases as part of the Respite Care and Advocacy Team, and collaborate with colleagues in the Operations Directorate (mainly Welfare).
