Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's Ward 44 at King's Mill Hospital in Mansfield is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join a busy respiratory ward. You will assist with daily activities, monitor patients and support the MDT to deliver compassionate, patient-centred care.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork and flexibility across a varied shift pattern, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Care Certificate.
• Apprenticeship Level 3 in Care or equivalent vocational experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities and monitor patients.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Work closely with nursing and medical staff to meet patients' needs.
• Support the clinical team on a busy respiratory ward.
