Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Respiratory Specialist Nurse to join the Enhanced Respiratory Service covering Heywood, Middleton, and Rochdale. You will deliver patient-centred respiratory care across Pulmonary and Long COVID rehabilitation, Early Supported Discharge, and Community Clinics.

You will educate and support the wider HMR workforce, working autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team, and travel across diverse locations within the Trust to meet

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with experience in respiratory care.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, timely, patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Support the Enhanced Respiratory Service across Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale.
• Contribute to Pulmonary and Long COVID rehabilitation, Early Supported Discharge and Community Clinics.
• Educate and support the wider HMR workforce to shape respiratory care delivery.
