Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Respiratory Physiotherapist to join the Community COPD Service within the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service/Team. You will manage COPD and heart failure patients in a community setting, delivering an evidence-based rehab program and education sessions.
The role involves advanced assessments, coordinating clinics, and working with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to support patients’ respiratory health and wellbeing.

The Community COPD Service are looking for a Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service/Team. Are you a motivated and highly skilled Physiotherapist, with a genuine passion for Respiratory? The post holder will assist in delivering Stockport's Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programme, with in a community setting, for people living with respiratory conditions and/or heart failure. You will be working alongside a dedicated, highly specialised team, of physiotherapists, clinical nurse specialists and assistant practitioners. It is a varied role including managing assessment clinics, and delivering exercise and education classes. You must have excellent communication skills, and strong work ethic, in return we can offer you a supportive working environment to develop your skills within the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service.
