A leading healthcare provider in Windsor seeks an AIR Physiotherapist to deliver varied services, including running pulmonary rehabilitation classes, ambulatory oxygen clinics, and home visits. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient care for those with chronic lung disease. The candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to help optimise health outcomes, with flexible working options and generous benefits package, including annual leave and NHS pension scheme.
As an AIR Physiotherapist, no two days are the same. One day you may run an ambulatory oxygen clinic in the morning and an outpatient clinic in the afternoon; the next day you could lead a Pulmonary Rehabilitation class and then provide training to carers on chest clearance at patients’ homes. The AIR physio team delivers Pulmonary Rehabilitation (face‑to‑face, at home and online), ambulatory oxygen clinics, outpatient clinics offering management for chest clearance, chronic cough and breathlessness, breathing pattern retraining, exercise advice and domiciliary visits.
The chosen candidate will have a passion for respiratory physiotherapy and for helping those with chronic lung disease achieve the best possible health‑related quality of life. The role is extremely varied, based in King Edward VII, Windsor but covering East Berkshire through satellite clinics, home visits and community centre rehabilitation. A car and a driving licence are essential.
We’re committed to equal opportunities and welcome applications from all sections of the community. Our commitment to inclusion is reflected in our accreditations: Race Equality Matters Silver Trailblazer, Neurodiversity in Business Corporate Member, Disability Confident Leader, Carer Confident Level 2, and the Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award. Reasonable adjustments will be provided to candidates as needed.
For further information about the role, please see the attached job description and person specification. We strongly encourage you to review how you meet the criteria in the person specification and write about this point‑by‑point in your supporting statement for the best chance of being shortlisted.
We welcome a conversation about flexibility and any other questions you may have. Please don’t hesitate to call Harriet Jarman 0300 614 6796 / 07976 393 831 who’ll be delighted to help.
Please note, if we receive a high number of applications, we may close this role earlier than the advertised closing date, so please submit your application as soon as possible. This advert closes on Saturday 6 Dec 2025.
