Job summary

• Running independent respiratory clinics for patients with asthma and COPD.
• Performing annual and routine respiratory reviews.
• Conducting and interpreting spirometry where appropriately qualified.
• Reviewing inhaler technique and optimising treatment plans.
• Developing personalised care plans to support self-management.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and disease registers.
• Supporting achievement of QOF and other quality improvement objectives.
• Promoting smoking cessation, vaccination uptake, and respiratory health education.
• Participating in clinical audits and service development initiatives.

The Role

You will play a key role in the assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with respiratory diseases. Working closely with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will lead respiratory reviews, optimise treatment, provide patient education, and support the achievement of clinical quality standards.
