Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing respiratory conditions.
  • Current experience in COPD and/or asthma reviews in primary care.
  • A full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship and support to general practice staff.
  • Improve patient outcomes in line with local and national guidelines.
