Based at our Headington Campus and reporting to the Deputy Director People Operations, the Resourcing Partner will provide strategic and operational expertise in recruitment, talent attraction, and immigration. Working with hiring managers to attract, select and retain high-quality, diverse talent while continuously developing and delivering efficient, inclusive, and effective recruitment processes to enhance the experience for all stakeholders.
Based at our Headington campus*, you’ll experience the vibrant campus atmosphere and benefit from our modern office environment. The campus is one mile from the centre of Oxford and is served by regular public transport. This role will be hybrid and requires at least 1 day (Tuesday) on campus per week, plus additional as required.*
