Temporary Resourcing Support

Location: On-site/Hybrid (as required), Monmouthshire

Duration: Approximately 4 weeks (2 weeks pre-Christmas + 2 weeks post-Christmas)

Hoop PS & HR are thrilled to be supporting one of our valued clients with a short-term temporary contract during a critical period, covering staff absence.

We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Professional to provide hands‑on support to a busy, high‑performing HR team during their peak season. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running - quickly picking up established processes and ensuring a smooth flow of recruitment activity.

Broad Overview of Duties
  • Supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process during a high‑volume period.
  • Managing manual approval workflows and ensuring all recruitment requests are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Preparing and posting job adverts across internal systems and relevant platforms.
  • Liaising with hiring managers to confirm vacancy details and ensure compliance.
  • Monitoring applications, maintaining candidate records, and supporting communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Working closely with the Resourcing Administrator to manage workload and maintain smooth operations.
  • Upholding process accuracy while applying sound judgement on when flexibility is appropriate.
  • Providing general administrative and coordination support to the HR/Resourcing team as needed.
