A healthcare regulatory body in the UK is looking for a Resourcing Officer (Temporary Workforce) to handle recruitment campaigns for contingent labour. This role involves managing the recruitment process, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Candidates should have proven experience in contingent labour recruitment and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. The position offers a competitive salary and flexible home-based working options.
Grade D – £30,373 (National) or £36,229 (London – for London office‑based or home‑based workers within the M25 boundary). Additional home‑working allowance of £600 per annum for remote employees.
Contracted Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week
Contract Type: 12‑Month Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunities, starting April 2026.
Location: Home‑based, flexible location.

The role operates in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. It’s primarily focused on contingent labour and temporary workforce resourcing, so experience in contingent labour recruitment will support success.
In your application, please outline the types of contingent labour roles you have managed, how you have worked with suppliers and hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment outcomes, and the steps you take to ensure compliance within recruitment processes.
