We require a quick thinking, hungry, ambitious, determined individual with natural sales abiltity to match candidates with suitable job openings for both permanent and temporary positions. Acting as a bridge between employers and job seekers, utilising their expertise to find the right talent for the right roles. This role requires strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Candidate Assessment: Screening applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the client's requirements.

  • Matching Candidates to Roles: Matching suitable candidates with job openings based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Negotiating salaries and job offers on behalf of candidates and clients.

  • Market Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

  • Sales and Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base.

  • Networking: Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the industry.

  • Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identifying, attracting, and evaluating potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
