Resourcing Consultant

Established for 40 years, Danny Sullivan Group have been the leading provider of skilled and professional labour in the UK across civil engineering and construction. A family-managed business well rooted in strong values with an enviable track record in delivering large infrastructure projects across utilities, tunnelling, rail, nuclear, aviation, highways and buildings.

Overview

It will be your job to assist the consultants in finding and qualifying candidates for the live vacancies that they are working on. This will include candidate name gathering, CV formatting, headhunting, interviewing/candidate qualification, interview preparation, referencing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance. This is just a basic summary with the role requiring additional input in other areas.

Responsibilities
  • Assist consultants in finding and qualifying candidates for live vacancies.
  • Gather candidate names and format CVs.
  • Head-hunt, interview/candidate qualification, interview preparation and referencing.
  • Candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
  • Support other areas of the role as required.
  • Work typically 8:00am–5:00pm in the office, with occasional earlier or later hours and off-site meetings with clients or candidates as required.
