Resourcing Co-Ordinator
Menzies Distribution Solutions are looking for an experienced Resourcing Co-Ordinator to join our business. The main purpose of this role is topredominately contact candidates and schedule the interviews for the hiring Managers, supporting the business to meet recruitment goals within an acceptable timeframe. This role is crucial for ensuring an organization has the right people in place and that the recruitment process is efficient and effective.

Key Duties and Accountabilities
- Support the Recruitment manager, in maintaining the hiring department’s high degree of organization and efficiency by exhibiting meticulous attention to detail
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and ensuring they have a positive and seamless journey from application to hire.
- Coordinating and completing necessary pre-employment checks and screenings.
- Diary Management of multiple sites/managers at the same time.
- Assisting hiring managers with their recruitment needs, from planning to execution, to sustain a streamlined onboarding process.
- Review applications in a timely manner.
- Building a rapport with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback on the recruitment processes
- Complete a detailed hand over at the end of each day.
Key Experience and Qualifications
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks/priorities and continue to keep the processes running smoothly.
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and managing the specifics of the hiring process.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the hiring process and recruitment best practices, focusing on diary management and interviewing (Minimum 1 year experience)
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System software such as Logic Melon and CV Library.
- Outstanding clerical skills, such as data entry, emailing, and scheduling
- Need to be proficient in Excel and Microsoft packages
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a group
