A leading transport company in London is seeking a Resourcing Administrator to coordinate the hiring and onboarding of bus drivers. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Employment Law and recruitment processes, be computer literate, and possess excellent communication skills. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits, including a pension and free travel for you and a household member on TfL services.

Stagecoach London is hiring for a Resourcing Administrator on an initial fixed term contract until 27th March 2026 to join our fantastic resourcing team. The role is key in coordinating the hiring and on‑boarding of new bus drivers into the business – and it is a big business too with over 4,600 employees. This is your chance to be part of the solution in recruiting bus drivers and other essential staff in the delivery of the iconic red London bus services that are the foundation around which London’s world renowned public transport services are built.
You will be part of the team ensuring that recruitment and administration requirements are met at all times recruiting throughout the year meeting all key performance targets. The successful applicant will need to be flexible as you will be required to work at sites in both east and southeast London.
You will be dealing with applicants both on the telephone and face to face ensuring that the experience they receive through the recruitment process is the customer experience we expect from them once they join us. will also carry out all necessary administration processes through to the hiring potential candidates.
You should have knowledge of Employment Law, Recruitment Processes along with an understanding of a bus driver’s role and requirements. Being computer literate is essential in this role. Working within a fast paced environment is also desirable.
You should possess sound interpersonal skills including communication, self‑motivation, accuracy and quality. The ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure is also essential.
