Job Purpose

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the development team, building a pool of apprentices from local, colleagues, job fairs and social media. You will be screening and connecting apprentices with employers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates via schools, colleagues, social media, and careers fairs
  • Write and post engaging job adverts
  • Screen applications and conduct initial telephone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records
  • Attend careers events and outreach activities
  • Learn and apply recruitment legislation, safeguarding, and GDPR principles
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to group tasks
