Job summary

Latitude Recruitment is hiring a resourcer to join their busy recruitment team just outside Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and help identify local job opportunities for candidates.

Responsibilities include contacting candidates by phone, updating candidate profiles, writing job adverts, and supporting senior team members on site visits. The role offers full training, a 37.5 hour week, and a starting salary of £25,000 plus commission (OTE around £29,000).

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator and well organised.
• Background in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer service preferred.
• Full training will be provided.

08:30am - 17:00pm (Mon - Thurs)
08:30am - 14:30pm (Fri)
37.5 hours per week

Salary

£25,000 (Basic) + commission
YR1 OTE circa £29,000p/a
