A leading global insurance provider is seeking a Resource Planning Analyst to enhance customer experiences through accurate forecasting and resource management. You will utilize AI solutions and data-driven insights to align staffing with business priorities. Ideal candidates will possess resource planning experience and strong analytical skills. You’ll combine data‑driven insights with innovative forecasting techniques, including AI and digital solutions, to help us meet service levels and support our transformation journey.
Hybrid – Leeds, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, London or Guildford.
Pay: Circa £33,000 – £35,000 per annum. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
