Location: Salford or other Bupa Corporate locations
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours, Permanent position, Hybrid role
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Benefits

We're looking for a Resource Planner and Analyst to deliver efficient and effective resource forecasting and planning for our Health Service Remote Services team. Your work will ensure we meet service standards and provide exceptional care to our customers.

How You Will Make Health Happen
  • Own the end-to-end planning cycle for your service area, including capacity planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Monitor and flex resources to meet real-time and future demand.
  • Analyse operational trends and provide actionable insights to improve service performance.
  • Produce regular reports with commentary on achievements, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations Management to make data-driven decisions on resource deployment.
  • Support impact assessments for new service requests and variations.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects that influence resource planning and service delivery
Experience and Skills Required
  • Previous experience in resource planning or workforce planning is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organised with great time management.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable.
