As a Resource Mobilisation Manager, you’ll be at the heart of strategic workforce planning for our Nuclear Services business stream. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the development and implementation of mobilisation plans that align with our Capability Development Model.
Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with a wider team of Resource Mobilisation Managers and influence the future of nuclear capability across Cavendish Nuclear. You’ll gain exposure to senior leadership and contribute to shaping a safer, more secure world.
This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week, based at Warrington (Cheshire) or Leicester (Leicestershire). Hybrid working patterns are available, with 2–3 days in the office.
