Overview

As a Resource Mobilisation Manager, you'll be at the heart of strategic workforce planning for our Nuclear Services business stream. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead the development and implementation of mobilisation plans that align with our Capability Development Model. Day‑to‑day, you'll collaborate with a wider team of Resource Mobilisation Managers and influence the future of nuclear capability across Cavendish Nuclear. You'll gain exposure to senior leadership and contribute to shaping a safer, more secure world.

Responsibilities
  • Leading resource planning activities across the Nuclear Services business stream
  • Creating and implementing mobilisation plans to meet current and future workforce needs
  • Supporting Business Control Managers to ensure robust resource demand planning
  • Collaborating with BU Directors and recruitment teams to optimise resource deployment
  • Contributing to the development of Cavendish Nuclear's Capability Strategy

This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week, based at Warrington (Cheshire) or Leicester (Leicestershire). Hybrid working patterns are available, with 2‑3 days in the office.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in strategic resource or workforce planning, including sourcing strategy implementation
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business impact
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain a Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
