Key Responsibilities
  • Chair forums, influence decisions, represent the organisation on all things resourcing.
  • Own the end‑to‑end resourcing process: new starters, movers, leavers and everything in between.
  • Analyse data, spot trends, drive continuous improvement across performance metrics.
  • Go‑to for demanders, help refine requests, resolve blockers, optimise deployment.
  • Lead initiatives such as career pathways, graduate schemes, succession planning and redeployment strategies that retain critical knowledge.
