A global law firm in Liverpool seeks a Resource Management professional to support fee earners by managing resource allocation, negotiating solutions, and preparing reports. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in resource management and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for personal and professional development.
You will support a variety of Resource Management requirements including work allocation for fee earners, reporting and analysis, process creation and maintenance. You will work with a variety of functions including HR, Finance and Recruitment as well as key stakeholders,. Speaking regularly to the fee earners and understanding their work requests, you will be supporting the day to day resourcing requests and requirements. You will have an excellent ability to manage relationships and expectations, which is key to these roles. You'll be working alongside the Senior Resource Executives and Senior Resource Managers to support the expansion of Resource Management, specifically work allocation, in addition to taking ownership with daily tasks within the team.
