A recruitment services provider is looking for an Administrative Support Coordinator to assist with the Frontline Hub. Responsibilities include candidate sifting, scheduling interviews, and managing communication with candidates. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, are required. This position offers a remote working option and full training will be provided.

Job description

Base Location: Newcastle / Remote working

Rates: £12.21 per hour inside IR35 PAYE

Working pattern: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

About the Role

This role will support the Frontline Hub, which is divided into Soft Services and Central Functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and coordination tasks, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You\'ll be working closely with one RBP (Resourcing Business Partner) and an additional coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for basic sifting of candidates/applications
  • Interview scheduling
  • Customer service and communication via email, phone and text
  • You will updating trackers and the recruitment system
  • Administrative support (full training provided)
  • Basic reporting - pulling data from systems
  • You will support central functions and soft services within the soft services, domestic and security hub
Requirements

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Comfortable using computer systems and navigating recruitment tools
  • Confident engaging with candidates and vendors via email and telephone
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Reliable, ethical, and proactive
  • Able to handle high volumes of work

Desirable

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination
  • Experience working in a high-paced administrative or customer service environment
