A leading travel operator is seeking a Resort Manager to oversee Jet2holidays operations in Greece. Join our Jet2holidays team as a Resort Manager! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, customer-focused people manager with a passion for travel to join us on a permanent contract basis, overseeing our Resort and Airports team (Team Leaders and Resort and Airport Representatives) and Jet2holidays operation in and around Halkidiki as well as Lesvos and Preveza.
As a Resort Manager you’ll manage Jet2holidays operations at your destinations, overseeing team performance, ensuring service standards, managing budgets, and collaborating with local agents and UK stakeholders.
You will demonstrate effective leadership and take responsibility for managing all operational disruption, including in-destination crisis situations, flight programme delays, and customer escalations.
You will be based in Halkidiki but will have responsibility for multiple resorts, so travel to your destinations and other locations, including out Head Office in the UK, is an essential part of this role.
Other key responsibilities will include meeting KPIs and driving our brand values in your team to ensure we deliver our famous customer service to our Jet2holidays customers.
