Contract: Full Time
Salary: £12.50 per hour, plus gratuities, and sales incentives.

This role is far reaching and provides significant impact to the efficiency of our business. Supporting all areas, you will rapidly develop and hone your skills. Within this role you will get a flavour for our business and be part of the team that ensures the very best guest experience. Working across multiple areas you will pre‑empt our guests' needs and be on hand to support them with their requests. If it is not a guest, you are supporting a key Head of Department in their mission to achieve the very best for their area of work.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Working with department heads to ensure immaculate presentation of all areas
  • Providing impeccable customer service to all guests to ensure needs are met and exceeded.
  • Working collaboratively with all departments within the resort to provide support where required.
  • Providing guided tours of the resort to guests in order to provide a welcoming and relaxing experience from start to finish.
