  • Provide administrative support for the Resolution Team Coordinators.

We are currently seeking a Resolution Team Apprentice to join our team in Blackburn. The Apprentice in the Resolution Team will assist in managing and resolving customer complaints. This role involves learning and applying problem‑solving skills handling customer interactions and supporting the team in various administrative and project‑related tasks. In addition to your day‑to‑day responsibilities you will have the opportunity to study for the Business Administration Level 3 with Blackburn College.

Requirements

Outline of key responsibilities for the Resolution Team Apprentice

  • Successfully complete Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • Undertake a range of administration duties such as responding to emails, answering the telephone and diary management
  • To manage and utilise the Complaint Case Management System ensuring cases are kept up to date, documents stored correctly and tasks are completed within timescales
  • Be a point of contact for queries, resolving or escalating appropriately
  • Help provide administrative support for the Resolution Team Coordinators

We are looking for someone who has:

  • GCSE Maths and English at grades 4‑9 or A
  • A passion for exploring a diverse array of skills and building a fulfilling long‑term career in
  • A positive can‑do mindset
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills for precise record‑keeping
  • Outstanding customer service abilities

In return we are offering the successful candidate in the Resolution Team Apprentice role:

  • Please note that this is a fixed‑term contract lasting 24 months for the duration of the apprenticeship program.
  • Salary: During the first year of the apprenticeship the compensation will be £7.55 per hour equating to an annual salary of £14,526.20. PLEASE be aware that this is regardless of age.
  • In the 2nd year salary Under 18: £7.55 per hour and annually £14,526.20. 10 per hour annual salary £19,240.00 (Aged 18‑20) or (for those aged over 21) £12.21 per hour annual salary £23,492.04
  • Studying towards the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • 27 days holiday + bank holidays
